4 steps to a smooth access to the event

Step 1 – Download the CovidSafeBE app in advance.

Retrieve your certificates and check if the QR code is visible. "Download the app".
TIP: You can use 2 free PCR tests for travelling or attending an event. "Read more".
You cannot be tested on the spot.

Step 2 – Arrive on time

Please take into account an additional check for the Covid Safe Ticket. Please come in good time.

Step 3 – Have your documents ready

Have the CovidSafeBE app or your printout of the certificate with QR code and your identity card ready. In addition, when queuing at the checkpoints, wear your mouth mask and keep your distance.

Step 4 – Ticket control

Make sure you have your tickets with you. After the checkpoints, your mouth mask can be taken off and you no longer have to respect the one and a half metre distance measure. Your ticket will be checked at the entrance of the venue.

"Het Schlagerfestival" at Trixxo Arena is rescheduled to October 2021

'Het Schlagerfestival' at Trixxo Arena, initially planned on March 27, 28 and 29 and April 3 and 4 2020 and rescheduled to March 26, 27 and 28 and April 2 and 3 2021, is rescheduled again. The dates are now set on October 22, 23, 24, 29 and 30 respectively.

Ticket holders will be contacted personally by e-mail.

The health and safety of artists, fans and staff is our top priority. Following up on the government’s guidelines. Taking responsibility. Stopping the virus. That’s our main concern right now. Thank you for your understanding. Take care, stay safe.
